Buy & Sell Tweets
The tweet itself will continue to live on Twitter. What you are purchasing is a digital certificate of the tweet, unique because it has been signed and verified by the creator.
This autographed digital certificate will only be issued once on Valuables. It is signed using cryptography, and includes metadata of the original tweet like: when the tweet was posted, what the text contents are of the tweet, the timestamp of the tweet, and the digital signature from the creator’s crypto wallet address... More here.
I don't know what to say about this idea, but I can kind of see that some tweets could become extremely valuable over time.
Peter made an interesting point as well- You don’t get “control” of the tweet (so to speak, eg. it moved to your twitter account or anything), so it more seems to just be an autograph of the first tweet from its author (and the founder) along with some technical data behind it? What happens if the originator of the tweet deletes it?
