Does the Apple Watch Ultra make you look like Ben 10?

Someone at work joked last week that I looked like Ben 10 because of the Apple Watch Ultra. I vaguely remembered Ben 10, my son watched the show when he was very young, but wasn't sure of the link. Today I remembered the conversation and had a look. I think he had a point...
