In business, post-mortem is a retrospective exercise that happens when any project is over. The goal is to gather lessons and avoid falling into similar pitfalls.
Now, Threads is not dead yet, but the fall from its July hype has much to teach us… More here.
I haven’t used Threads for many weeks now. Somehow I am still using the sh*tshow that Musk created much more despite the fact that it is not the Twitter it once was.
Hmmm…
My mileage is different. I’m finding I go to Threads first before Twitter. Although there’s some evidence that some of that there are the inevitable tw*ts there that exist on Twitter, it’s nowhere near as bad. And whilst I don’t have as many followers there I do find that the engagement is much better.
I also have a Mastodon account but that still feels far too niche and sometimes nerdy. I also have a Bluesky acccount but to be honest rarely bother looking in there.
For all Twitter's failings, and there are many especially since Space Karen took over, I still can’t let it go.
Same here.
