In 2025 I will still be using the Air

I wrote about the MacBook Air (2020) M1 recently and because of covid I haven’t spent much time with it. Over the past few days, however, I have been able to use it again and once again I remain surprised every time I use it at just how quick and responsive it is.

When I consider that my daughter is still using my iMac from 2010 and then look at the sheer power available I am certain that I will be using this laptop in 2025 and likely for much longer. Space may be a problem over time, although iCloud may continue to do the heavy lifting, and aside from that I suspect that it will just run and run.

£999 is expensive for a laptop, but for an Apple device with this much power under the hood I have no doubt that it will pay for itself in the long run.
