My podcast Better off Read has been down for the last 24 hours. This is because a DMCA takedown service reported I had breached copyright for making an episode of my podcast about 2666 by Roberto Bolaño because they have 'power of attorney' over this text... More here. via Neil on Twitter.

The entire thread is worth a read because it shows just how lightly some providers, in this case PodBean, take such serious issues and how they have little time to help their customers. There are many more important attributes to this particular case, but it certainly highlights the tightrope everyone has to walk when doing almost anything online.
