I am somehow managing 14,000 steps a day on average while working from home which consists of 3 dog walks, multiple 5 minute indoor runs and as much moving as I can. It is far from easy because I can spend many hours stuck at my screen, but it is a must if I want to protect my neck, my back and my weight. That’s what makes this idea so impressive for a variety of reasons.
