Not Apple is it?
Beware the pretenders...
I added a quick piece about my Ultrahuman Ring Air experience yesterday which was a disaster. After being asked to jump through multiple hoops, none of which worked, I tried connecting to my wife's iPhone, and that didn't work either.
The customer service was polite and very hipster-ish, but ultimately there was no connect instantly and start enjoying the product like you get with new Apple products.
Apple has taken the initial usability of a product to new heights and this has caused other companies, even Microsoft, to make the first use acceptable.
If the smaller competition wants to compete they will need to find a way to make things easier for new customers.
Ultrahuman, at least in my case, has completely failed at this first impression. A shame.
