The brilliant idea that should not be forgotten

Take a look at the Chronos website and you can immediately see the appeal for anyone who loves their watches, but who does not want to wear a fitness tracker or smartwatch on the other wrist. No matter how much time passes I suspect that covering both wrists will never be acceptable until the trackers reach the level of being so small that they are barely noticeable.

In the meantime the Chronos idea appears to be much more palatable and it makes all of the sense in the world. It attached to the back of your beloved watch and offers fitness tracking, notifications music control, picture taking and you can also locate your phone using it. Aside from sleep tracking and a heart rate monitor it offers most of what people will want.

With some enhancements it could be a killer product, or should I say with a lot of fixes it would do well.

The unit fell apart within 1 day of wearing it

No app on Apple or Android app stores. Amazon will refund your order if you call. Why is this still for sale! These are paperweights without the app!

Great idea but only worked for a week

Do not purchase this!!! I was very enthusiastic when I finally received mine but was sorely disappointed. The battery life was not even one full day. They tapping control never worked. The unit broke when the face plate fell off on the second day of wearing it. I have contacted the company several times but there has been radio silence on their end. Please don't waste your money like I did.

Don’t waste your money. Poor quality and ghost customer service. Device worked for an hour then fell apart. I have tried to contact them every which way to no avail. Finally had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. Watch out for “7 day return policy.”

So, that’s just a selection of reviews which I guess means we should avoid this particular product.

As I said, the idea is likely the best yet and if a decent company created a complete and reliable product it could bridge the gap between traditional timekeeping and modern smart tracking. It could bridge the gap perfectly.
