Timex X Nigel Cabourn Referee

For his much anticipated second collaboration with Timex, Nigel looks back to his boyhood in 1950s Scunthorpe and his love of the beautiful game for inspiration. Paying homage to the footballing greats of this era he's taken reference from referee stopwatches of the time to produce an eye-catching piece with red colour blocking signifying half time - 45 minutes of a match. The watch comes complete with two interchangeable straps: a slip-thru style strap featuring the recognisable football colours of ‘claret and blue’ and the other a classic black leather all presented in a neat vintage style cotton drill branded case... I have to say that Timex is doing exceptionally well in terms of design at the moment. I may not be a huge fan of what is under the dial, but the designs are pretty impressive.
